We thought that “3 mile trail” meant that it was 3 miles up and back.  We were wrong.

A few weeks ago, I traveled to Colorado to visit a friend from high school over spring break! (Huge shoutout to Bryce for giving me a place to stay and going on so many cool little adventures with me!! THANKS!!)  I stayed in Boulder and visited Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park.  I loved Boulder because it is a total college town, which I have never really had the chance to experience.

Of course, most of my pictures are of hiking, but we went to some really cool places.  In downtown Boulder, there were so many cute restaurants and shops.  There was the most amazing book store ever (there were three stories with different levels and wings to each story!) Everything in that town was so cute that I was already looking for apartments within 24 hours of my arrival.

One of the great things about Boulder specifically was that there was so much to do outdoors, which I love! Plus, the weather was beautiful for most of my time there! I cannot wait to go back to visit Colorado.  I would love to go in the summer.

Am I the only one who is obsessed with Colorado? Tell me in the comments about your favorite things to do or places to go in Colorado!
